Return

  • Items must be returned within 2 days of delivery.
  • A parcel opening video is mandatory for any return or refund request. This video must clearly show the package being unsealed and the condition of the item inside.
  • Any return request must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. Requests made after this time will not be accepted.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Certain items (e.g., personalized, perishable, or final sale items) are non-returnable.

Refund

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
  • A parcel opening video is required for damage claims.
  • Contact us within 2 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.
